These terms apply to your use of The Stig Motoring School website and to enquiries you make through it. Please read them before getting in touch.
This website is providing driving instruction and test-day car hire in West and Southwest London. You can reach us at Sounaimad60@gmail.com or on 07510 730281.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.
Submitting the contact form, or contacting us by phone or email, is an enquiry only. It does not create a confirmed booking or a binding contract. A lesson, course, or car-hire booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you directly and confirmed it back to you.
The prices shown on this website are a guide and are subject to change. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm at the time of booking. Packages and discounts are subject to availability and to any conditions we set out at the time.
Payment terms, booking arrangements, and our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be agreed with you directly when you book. 48-hour notice period required to cancel or move a lesson without charge.
To take driving lessons on the road you must hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence and meet the legal requirements to drive, including the eyesight standard. You are responsible for ensuring you are eligible and fit to drive at the time of each lesson.
Where we provide a vehicle for your driving test, hire is subject to availability and to the specific terms we agree with you at the time of booking, including the test centres we cover and the time allowed.
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on website content alone.
This website links to third-party sites such as Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to The Stig Motoring School and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
